Structural Group, a Hanover-based specialty contractor with national and international projects, said it acquired Pullman Power Products Corp. of Kansas City, Mo., from RESCO Holdings Inc.

The purchase price was not reported.

The acquired company, which is being renamed Pullman Power LLC and will operate as a Kansas City-based subsidiary, designs and builds reinforced concrete chimneys, silos and similar structures for power-generation, industrial-processing and incineration facilities.

Structural Group's services include repairing, restoring and strengthening industrial facilities, public infrastructure and other properties. The company, which employs 800 in 15 offices around the country, said it generated $90 million in revenue in 1999 and is projecting $120 million this year.
